SILENCE is a company dedicated to the design and manufacture of electric vehicles. Its main mission is to offer our customers a product manufactured in a sustainable way, based on quality standards, that ensures the compliance with applicable legal requirements in addition to those subscribed by the organization with the goal to offer the highest quality to its customers. For this, the Quality and Enviromental Management System is based on the commitment of the Direction of the company to:

  • Promote continuous improvement at all levels of the company, establishing indicators of quality and environmental performance. Analyze the changes in context that may occur around our organization and its market, to adapt it to the present, always ensuring our competitiveness and continuity over time.
  • Maintain an ethical commitment with all interested parties, based on trust and cooperation, to continue offering a quality product, personalized and pioneer in the market, paying special attention to the requirements of our customers and their feedback, given that for SILENCE the satisfaction of our customers is a fundamental pillar.
  • Protect the environment, prevent pollution derived from its activities, as well as minimize environmental impact during its activity by improving the technologies used and, always taking into account sustainability criteria in our management system to promote efficient use of the natural resources.
  • Provide optimal, safe and healthy conditions in order to prevent deterioration of health and work injuries.
  • Raise awareness and train all employees both in environmental matters, as well as in the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System, as well as providing the necessary resources for the proper functioning of the system.
  • For the effective application of these principles, SILENCE undertakes to disseminate this policy among all collaborators, thus ensuring knowledge and understanding by all parts of the organization and its global commitment.
