Yes, the first-time service is labour free.

2. When is a service due?

It is recommended that a service on a Renault vehicle be held at 3000 km to 4000 km or on the sixth month, whichever is the soonest. On a Mercedes-Benz vehicle, a service is held at 3000 km. Consequent services will be held according to the service book.

3. What is the service hourly rate?

The service hourly rate is €36.00 excluding Vat for Renault vehicles whereas Mercedes-Benz vehicles are charged €42.80 excluding Vat.

4. How much is the special equipment charge and what does it entail?

The special equipment fee of €18.63 excluding Vat  for Renault vehicles and €25.62 excluding Vat for Mercedes-Benz vehicles charged where applicable, diagnoses the vehicle through sophisticated equipment and computer software diagnostics are carried-out.

5. Does Auto Sales Limited have available a tow-truck service? 

Upon purchase, the vehicle is given a free towing in case of breakdown during the guarantee period.

6. Upon collision should the vehicle be brought in immediately?

When an accident occurs, the client should immediately inform the insurance agency. The latter then informs the client about the availability of the surveyor who in return informs the Bodyworks foreman. The vehicle, which shall be brought in the morning, will be handed back to the client in the evening.
