1. When purchasing a part can I present a cheque?

Auto Sales Limited’s policy is not to accept cheques when purchasing parts at the parts department. Clients can effect payment by means of cash or credit card.

2. What information is needed when ordering a part?

All clients are kindly requested to provide all relevant vehicle data to ensure the correct and prompt identification of parts.

3. Does the parts department close at some point throughout the day?

The spare parts department is open all throughout the day. Please consult the Contact Us page for further information.

4. If a part is not available, what is the normal lead-time to get it delivered?

In normal routine cases, a Renault part would take two to three weeks to arrive whilst a Mercedes-Benz part takes three to four weeks. In case of emergency orders, an unavailable part is generally procured within 3 to 4 days.

5. If I need a spare key, is there any restriction as to its collection?

Keys are not available for collection after 4.15pm and on Saturdays.

6. If a part is not collected after its arrival what happens?

The deposit paid shall be forfeited if the part is not collected within one month from the notification of arrival.

7. Can I call at any time of the day to enquire about a part?

Customer phone enquires are answered between 7.30am and 8.30am and also between 12.00am and 1.30pm on weekdays only.
